Syncing is stuck. What can I do?

Do you see an orange cubby on the desktop application? 

Maybe you see this message? "Not all cubbies are up to date. There were issues during sync."

If so, here's what you do:

  • Click Issues next to the orange cubby to see detailed information about what might be preventing your sync from finishing.

Here are some common reasons for a stuck sync:

You may need to delete or otherwise modify a file's properties to move ahead with your sync.
