How do I retrieve Cubby log files?

Log files contain information that the Cubby team uses to help solve problems you may be experiencing.


On Windows

  1. Go to the location shown below and retrieve files with the extension .log. and .log.gz.
  2. Send the files using the Contact us form on help.cubby.com.
    Tip: If your .log file is large, please zip it. The .gz files are already zipped.

C:\Users\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming\cubby

Tip: The folders AppData and Roaming are often hidden. Make sure they are visible in the Windows Explorer properties section (select the Tools > Folder > Options menu, then click Show hidden files, folders, and drives and Hide protected operating system files).


 
On a Mac

  1. Go to the location shown below and retrieve files with the extension .log. and .log.gz.
  2. Send the files using the Contact us form on help.cubby.com.
